Event Terms and Conditions

1. In the event of circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, such as Covid-19 or natural calamities, the organizer reserves the right to postpone the event to a later date. No refunds will be issued.
2. If a player registers but does not attend on the event day, no refunds will be issued.
3. Name transfers are not allowed. If a registered player cannot attend, their registration cannot be transferred to another player.
4. By agreeing to participate in the scouting event, you consent to JSM & MS Global Pro using your photo for promotional activities.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
